And despite they approving of item duplication tools (even accessible from their site), one that changes char levels is apparently too much (evet though good equipment matters more than high char lvl). The answer was to start over or else reconsider whether the game is for me.
Then the update came and my 2 year effort (on and off as time allowed) went down the drain. I was nurturing a single character the entire time, reached level 113-ish, was just starting at the highest difficulty too. Just recently, they had a major update (happens about once in 2 or so years), which made pre-update saves incompatible with the game. the latter of which I have never actually managed to reach. However, it just takes too much time to level up the character while also gathering the collectibles that are a major help later in the fun part : mid to late game.
